Publication Policies

The International Journal of Engineering and Information Management (IJEIM) adheres to stringent policies for article acceptance, ensuring that only high-quality research is published. Key aspects of these policies include:
*Submission and Review Process: Any manuscript submitted to IJEIM should not have been submitted for publication to any other journal of similar status or above. Every paper should adhere to this journal’s style and aim at being double-blind peer-reviewed for fairness.

*Publication Ethics: The journal follows strict ethical standards to avoid dishonesty and malpractice, including plagiarism, data fabrication, and issues related to authorship. Any ethical issues are managed according to the COPE rules.

*Open Access Policy: IJEIM makes its content freely accessible so that the articles published can be accessed by as many people as possible, promoting and encouraging research dissemination to the Publisher.

*Correction and Retraction: The journal has procedures and guidelines for correcting or retracting articles in case such mistakes or other violations of the editorial and publishing ethical standards are found in the period after article’s publication.

*Article Processing Charges (APC): It implies that authors are charged fees known as article processing charges to enable them to meet publication expenses. These charges help the journal to continue providing free access and definitely ensure quality output.
The IJEIM has no submission or publication fees. The "Article manuscript handling fee" should be paid by authors only to the Publisher after their articles have been reviewed and accepted for publication by editors. The "Article manuscript handling charge" is the only fee. Each article that is published in our journal is open-access and immediately accessible online. An "Article manuscript handling fee" makes this feasible. The supply of online tools for editors and authors, the creation and hosting of articles, coordination with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services are all included in this. The "Article Manuscript Handling Fee" is charged upon the editorial acceptance of your manuscript and prior to publication. This fee can be covered by you, your funding organization, institution, or employer.

*Author Guidelines: Further, specific guidelines for authors are available with the aim of helping the authors to develop their manuscripts properly such as: organization of the manuscripts, citation and submission of the manuscripts.
