•    Clearly indicate the corresponding author
ABSTRACT
A 250–300 word summary, written in grammatically correct scientific English, covering the background of the work, materials and methods, and key findings. Avoid formulae, unqualified abbreviations, and acronyms. Defined abbreviations or acronyms should be redefined in the manuscript text. References should be avoided.
KEYWORDS
•    Include 4-6 keywords of your choice.
 INTRODUCTION:
•    The introduction should be clear and concise. Ensure references are current, relevant, and searchable on the Internet (e.g., Google Scholar). Avoid unnecessary references.
BACKGROUND:
•    The Background of the work section should succinctly introduce the context and significance of the research. Provide a brief overview of the existing literature, highlighting gaps, controversies, or unresolved issues that the study aims to address. Clearly state the research objectives or questions that guide the study. Emphasize the novelty and relevance of the research to the field of engineering and information management. Keep the background concise while providing enough information to establish the rationale for the study and its contribution to knowledge.
MATERIALS AND METHODS:
•    This section should provide a clear and detailed description of the methodologies and protocols used in your research. Include specific details about the materials, instruments (with generic names), and experimental procedures. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines for studies involving human or animal subjects, including obtaining necessary approvals from ethical committees. Clearly state any permissions granted. Describe the experimental design, data collection, and analysis methods comprehensively to allow replication. List all reagents and materials with their sources. Address any methodological limitations and ensure the methods are transparent and reproducible.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:
•    Present results precisely and clearly, explaining them in the context of the study’s aims and objectives. The Results and Discussion sections can be separate or combined, based on the author’s preference. Clearly explain tables, graphs, and figures. Statistically analyze the data and mention significance levels where necessary. Discuss the results in light of their significance. Conclude the study by presenting its importance and relevance.
Note on Images:
•    Resolution: Minimum resolution of 600 dpi for color images and 300 dpi for grayscale (or black and white) images.

CONCLUSION:
•    The Conclusion section should succinctly summarize the key findings of the study and their implications. Reiterate the main contributions of the research and how they advance knowledge in the field of engineering and information management. Discuss any limitations of the study and suggest avenues for future research. Emphasize the significance of the findings and their relevance to practitioners and policymakers. Avoid introducing new information in the conclusion and focus on providing a clear and compelling summary of the study's outcomes.
Acknowledgements:
•    This section should be concise, expressing gratitude to individuals, funding bodies, and institutional departments.
