Aims and Scopes
Interdisciplinary Research: The primary objective of the journal is to disseminate scholarly research papers of exceptional quality that effectively bridge the divide between the fields of Science, Engineering and Information management. This work aims to gather and share the findings of inter-disciplinary research activities that incorporate engineering ideas with information and data management approaches.
Engineering Innovations: The journal is dedicated to exploring and highlighting novel Engineering solutions, novelties and advancements in every branch of Engineering and Technology including Computer Science and Information Technology, Mechanical and Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture Engineering and other related disciplines. There may be an added focus on research that establishes apparent and consequential significance and implementable results.
Data Science and Engineering Applications: The journal publishes high-quality, original papers that contribute to the methodology of Engineering and Information Management through Data Science, Operations Research (OR) approaches and the practice of decision-making. Data science is the processing of information to make the best decisions possible. It is a combined approach of not only Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science and Engineering to identify pattern in huge volume of data. On the other hand, OR is an interdisciplinary field, which is related to Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Management and Industrial Engineering. Its aim is to implement systems of automated logic-based decision making which could otherwise at least in most cases be used to perform tasks of control or optimization, typically to make an industry process more efficient and therefore cheaper.
Information Technology and Management: IJEIM comprises of research studies on Information technology, systems and methodologies in information management. These areas can become the focus of discussion: data analysis, artificial intelligence, big data, data management, decision support systems or information protection.
Smart Systems and Technologies: The journal expresses potential interest in scholarly investigations about intelligent systems and technologies. This encompasses a range of subjects, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities, smart manufacturing, and other nascent technologies that amalgamate engineering principles with notions of information management.
Information Systems Design and Implementation: The journal is likely to accept contributions that focus on the design, development, and implementation of information systems, software, and applications with engineering-related consequences.
Innovation in Education and Research: The journal aims to foster the submission of scholarly works on inventive pedagogical approaches, advancements in educational technology, and novel research techniques, specifically within engineering and information management.
Case Studies and Practical Applications: The journal aims to solicit case studies and practical applications that demonstrate the utilization of engineering and information management in many industries, such as healthcare, finance, energy, transportation, and other relevant sectors.
