Article Processing Fees

International Journal of Engineering and Information Management (IJEIM) does not impose a submission fee. Authors are required to pay the "Article Processing Charge" of Rs. 10,000 (INR) for Indian authors and 150 USD for authors outside of India to the Publisher only after their articles have undergone review and have been accepted for publication by the editors. This fee is the sole charge levied by the Publisher. Each article published in our journal is open-access and promptly available online. The "Article Processing Charge" facilitates this accessibility. It encompasses the provision of online tools for editors and authors, article creation and hosting, coordination with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services.
Example:
- Editorial Work: Online tools for journal editors, peer review, administrative support, content commissioning, and journal development.
- Technical Infrastructure and Innovation: Article production, hosting, development, and continuous maintenance and operation on websites and online journals.
- Editing & Production of Articles: Formatting, editing, and composition of articles, as well as their inclusion in indexing services.
- Marketing of Journal and Content: Dissemination of information to ensure awareness among readers and authors about published work.
- Customer Service: Addressing the concerns of writers and responding to authors and readers.
Upon acceptance, authors are invoiced for the article processing charge. The author(s) must remit the required fee, with payment accepted exclusively through Paypal/NEFT/RTGS/Online Transfer/UPI transfer.
Refund Policy: The article manuscript handling fee becomes payable upon acceptance of the article for publication. The submitting author is responsible for this fee, and the International Academic Publishing House [Journal: International Journal of Engineering and Information Management (IJEIM)] does not offer refunds.
Waivers: The International Academic Publishing House [Journal: International Journal of Engineering and Information Management (IJEIM)] maintains a transparent waiver policy to assist researchers unable to cover some or all of the open-access publishing costs. This policy is designed to support researchers.
Reimbursement Policy: If alternative funding is secured for an open-access article, the International Academic Publishing House will fully refund the Article Manuscript Handling Fee to prevent double charging for the same article. For example, any Article Manuscript Handling Fees paid by an author or on their behalf will be refunded in full if an open-access article becomes part of a Special Issue declared entirely open-access, such as through sponsorship by an organization.
